Dragon Age 2 Cloud saves aren't working

Excuse me if this isn't how the cloud saves are meant to work, but I am trying to play a game saved on another computer, and it says the cloud saves loaded but they in fact didn't. I am logged into the account that the games save to the cloud on, both on Origin and in game. The cloud storage is enabled in the game properties and the game had successfully saved to the cloud when exited on the other computer. All I get is the option to start a whole new game.

Do you have the same content/DLC on both machines?

Yes! I have looked on both computers and the dlc content is exactly the same.
