Dragon Age 2 - Black Emporium Game Crash

Basically, every time I try to fast travel to the Black Emporium my game freezes at the loading screen and then crashes. It's happened every time as I haven't even been able to enter the Black Emporium yet. I'm not too sure what the issue could be? I am using some DLC but only the free ones that come with the standard buy of the game online through Origin. My graphics settings are relatively high but with no real problems that I've noticed, same with my other settings.

@jpegJustice; Any mods (particularly the one that "adjusts" the FPS cap)?

If so, try again after removing any mods.

If none, a DXdiag report (run after a crash event) would help us help you.
