DLC not appearing in game (mac)

I've purchased and downloaded/installed the DLC pack for dragon age 2, and none of it is appearing in game. I've tried resetting origin twice and re-installed the entire game and the dlc pack several times and none of the DLC are appearing in game. Please help me.
