Since December 8 (before was fine!!) had this tech error. After cinematics a white box appears downloading saved files .... Bar of progress is extremely slow.
Ive contacted both EA tech and microsoft tech, keep telling me do the troubleshooting. I've power cycled, delete temp data, reboot etc. Really don't want to do total factory reset = I don't believe it is solely my problem.
Xbox help says many gamers this month also complaint of this problem. Has to be servers issue
EA tech support linked me to a page for some kind of UO trace report, but it cannot be done. coz the program from pc
Update Dec 22: my version is 19.627.30.1812 and instead of quitting and deleting cache, I waited for the whole bar to load > around 1 hour and then can get to menu! So i can finally play
Has anyone faced this issue?
