DA2 on Xbox

I just looked at EA official site at games says DA2 is on PC PS3 and Mac but not on xbox, why? Also would like it Backward Compatible, it has almost as many votes as origins has. Whats the bid deal not like im not gona buy it like i did origins with all dlc again so i could have digital. Would be nice if they finaly started listening to there consumers.
