Feedback? Ok....let me think...ah yes...a Support HQ only in english sucks. I't's not an secret that EA (especially the EA support) has problems with other languages than english but an Answer HQ only in english really is a bad idea.Please consider to build up a support center for all major languages. Only german support we are getting is standard emails, which doesn't fit the problem.
Buuuut...problem seems to be solved with the german language...for now. But my trust in Origin and EA really got damaged. mileysad:

It should be working for Polish and Russian again as well. Can you please check and come back to us if you still have issues?
@sugandhalaya: We will open Answer HQ to more languages. This is only the beta phase after all. mileywink:
