Cant unlock promotional items from the Keep?

Im playing on ps3 and every time i try to unlock a promotional dlc item it just says "Opps a error occured try again" what the hell?

@KohryuX;  The "Keep" has zero to do with unlocking anything at all.

Please provide more information about what you're trying to do.

Ok so im trying to unlock those promotional items that the wiki says you could have unlocked by going on the bioware social page and now you must go to the "Reward" section of the keep to do so.

You go in the Career page to do so but when i click on the unlocking button it says "Opps error."
