"There seems to be a problem contacting the license server."

Just finished installing Dead Space on my PC. First time I've installed it. Keep getting a message on start up saying that there's a problem contacting the license server and asking me to see if I have an active connection, which I do. Problem on EA's end or could it be my firewall? Anything I should adjust in my firewall or anti-virus settings that could be causing issues?

Running Windows 8.1 with 360 Total Security. Doubt it's me and probably should wait a few minutes, but no harm in some knowledge, I guess. Any help appreciated.
