Weird bug on first seconds of the game

At the first seconds of the game, i die because a cinematic dont work as it should.
You run to a door, and get attacked by a necromorph, and the door behind you is supposed to close, killing the creature and saving you. But for some reason its not happening in my case:

Im running it on a HP OMEN 17-CB1060nr 17.3"
CORE i7-10750H

8GB

512GB SSD
1TB HDD

GTX 1660Ti 6GB

Please, any help would be appreciated.

@LancerGeko Just to check (since I've seen this before) are you rapidly pressing "E" to kick the creature off or waiting for the animation to play?
