My other post says it has been solved but it was not. I am still having issues connecting to EA servers when I launch this game. since March 10th (Date of purchase)

I have reloaded my computer with a new OS, reinstalled the game multiple times and have changed my IP address 5 different times and I still have the same issue. on every machine in my house and even on several others outside my IP range. I consider this to be an account issue as my friend I'm trying to play with doesn't have this issue. I have contacted Ea already and they don't know * about this issue. So how is this going to be fixed? is there another way to connect to some kind of more reliable server to play this game since I cant get a refund from Origin for the game.

@Xelus_Nexus If you are having issues launching the game and have tried all the troubleshooting steps we would recommend then you will need to contact our live support at help.ea.com.

There are no issues launching the game. the issue is the EA servers aren't connecting to the game. and I already called live support and they didn't know what to do. If you read my main post it says that clear as day. And as far as I'm concerned you people don't even care about giving me a straight answer. Live support told me to make a post on Answers HQ to find a solution and now you're telling me to contact Live support to get an answer.What the hell is going on? why can't you just admit you guys can't fix the issue?

@Xelus_Nexus I had a look at your account and cannot see any cases on it. I loaded up Dead Space just there and have no issues so it does appear to be an issue on your end. What troubleshooting have you done?

Did you not read my original post? I've listed everything there. And I wouldn't doubt you people would have a case for my issue because all you do is keep swapping me between the phone services and this [Do not attempt to bypass the swear filter - CM] forum.

@Xelus_Nexus Once a case is created it is tied to the account, there have been no cases created on your account. 

 

As for the troubleshooting, well from your original post there has been little troubleshooting done. Please see these steps for your issue as it appears:


Manually uninstall Origin:

Clear the Origin Cache :

Run CCleaner:

Restart your router/modem and do a Clean Boot:

Make sure that your UAC is enabled and set to notify:

Download latest version of Origin and install the client - make sure to run the set up file with Admin rights:

Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports:

When starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Administrator:
