NOT LETTING ME DOWNLOAD MY DLC!!!!!

I spent 15 dollars on the Tau Volantis Survival Kit and it is not letting me download it and I just bought it. It says its not valid but I just bought please help!!!!!

How to contact an EA Game Advisor:
1. Go to https://help.ea.com/contact-us
If you're not logged in already, you will be asked to login.
2. Your first question is "What type of issue are you having?" Enter your product.
3. Next, you will choose the Category of your product.
4. You will then choose the Platform of your product (PS3, Xbox, PC etc.).
5. After selecting those details, you will be given the available contact options.
