How do I make my dead space 3 not have a epilepsy every few attempts of launch?

I can't launch dead space in one go, I'd have to do it several times while it makes my screen spazz out before it actually launches the game. Then once I do get it going I'm not able to switch tabs or else I'd start back at square one, It does load the game for a couple seconds with the audio but it's on a black screen then minimizes itself afterwards.

Nvm, just put my laptop in extreme performance mode and it's all g.
