Help with Dead Space 3 on Playstation 3

I made an Orgins Account today...for some reason it works on my alternative account, but not my MAIN account...I don't understand why.  I made 2 accounts because the first one didn't work, so I tried the other one and it gives me a message that says  "The specific password or email address is invalid."
