Does Dead Space 3 co-op still work on Origin copies?

I am considering purchasing a new copy of Dead Space 3 and Awakened DLC for my laptop so I can connect with my PC version from 6 years ago and enjoy co-op for the first time. My nephew is finally of age to enjoy games at their full gore and foul language (figured we celebrate with one of the best jump scares I remember as a kid).

As far as I am aware it still should be up and running @Kire667.

Best thing to do is see if any of your friends have the game and test with them to see if it works.
