Dead Space Windows 10 Compatibility

I installed Dead Space (PC DVD-ROM), but all compatibility settings I try with Windows 10 do not allow me to play it. Is there a way to run Dead Space on Windows 10?

Dead Space was released on Windows Vista, it will likely not run on Windows 10.

It ran on Windows XP and Windows 7. Why would it not work on Windows 10?

Just started Dead Space 1 on Origin, using a Windows 10 x64 system with i5-4460 CPU, Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti 4Gb Graphics Card, 8GB DDR3 RAM, and SSD.

Seems to run smoothly so far.

OK? then why is a game that won't run included in EA play ?
