Dead Space 3 refusing to launch, even as a background process [ Edited ]

I've tried the usual, running Origin and Dead Space 3 in admin mode, compatibility mode, compatibility modes, and nothing seems to work, very annoying, since I recently bought the game for a friend and intended to play it through in coop.

That didn't seem to do anything, so I followed the recommendation on the page and have attached a msinfo txt to this post.
