Dead Space 3, connection problems

Hello. I have this problem: I'm trying to play with a friend in Dead Space 3 but we are not able to each other to connect. Even when I go to category Co-op mode at the bottom, "Type your NAT: constant." What it means and how to solve it?

Yeah can't coop with my friend. Says faild joining game every time
