Dead Space 3 black screen after first intro video

Hi, dear all, does anyone experience a black screen or freeze after the first intro video in dead space 3? I am on windows 10. The game launches properly. After I choose a difficulty level, an intro video starts. When the video ends, the game turns into a black screen or freezed. I have to alt-tab out to force it close by taskman. Any suggestion on a fix for that? Thanks!

If you are on Windows 10, try running the game in one of the Windows Compatibility modes:

Possibly an antivirus issue too:

Thank you for your suggestions. I have tried compatible mode for the exe, but still no luck.
