Dead Space 3 Chapter 11 pipes [ Edited ]

Hello, I have a glitch I have tried to restart my Xbox return to last checkpoint etc to fix. If you can help please me know. My video files are unsupported so I have uploaded a picture. My problem is that the highlighted yellow number never changes no matter how many times I kineticis the pipe. It lets out steam then stays the same if I kineticis it again it just turns no steam same with all the others. The number only changes when I reset the game and try again. As you know if you have played, the only way to press forward is to turn them in order of the light changing. Thank you for your time.
