Dead Space 2 on PC stuck at End of level 5 [ Edited ]

Playing on PC Dead Space 2 How do I kill the big thing at the end of Level 5 after Diana reveals her true self I'm obviously missing something here because I've tried everything I can think of  Thank you in advance for any help you can give
