Activate Dead Space 2 steam code on origin

So I read that u can actitave Dead Space 2 steam code on origin but at the moment that I tried to do it

a message pop out saying that my game has already activated so I don't know what to do about it or 

this action is not avaible at the moment

For some games it is necessary to contact the EA Helpdesk online support to connect the Steam persona with your Origin account as well, especially if there is an online game server behind the key is "blocked". After support connected the key, you will be able to use it with both accounts (but can only be played by one of the accounts at the same time):
