items missing

Hi i  recently had a problem where i unlinked my ea account from my xbox and all my items went missing from old battle passes and heirlooms and etc during this time my xbox account cross progressed with this new account now all my items are on this new ea account and i unlinked my xbox account from this new account to link it to the original account hoping to get my old items now my xbox account is at level one and have nothing what can i do

When you unlink a platform account from its originally connected EA account, you will remove things like progress and items unlocked. So when you link it to a new platform you will not take these things with you. 

To attempt to restore this progress you will want to reconnect the Xbox account back to its original EA account, however, we cannot guarantee you will get everything back. For more information on how linking and unlinking work check out our help article:
