New cross progression for Apex

In the past, I used to play Apex on my Xbox. Now I play Apex on my computer using Steam. The thing is, if I remember correctly, I used my Xbox EA account for my Steam account. Now the problem is, I have two EA accounts, one for my Xbox and one for my Steam. I heard that Cross Progression is coming to Apex, and I want to have everything I used to have. Is there a way I can fix this without getting rid of all my progress, or is there a way to check what EA account is Apex using on Steam? Thank you for the help!

You can check all the connected platform accounts to your EA account on this page:

https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

If your Steam and Xbox are both linked to different EA accounts then there would be no way to merge these accounts without losing progress.

Cross progression is designed for platform accounts linked to the same EA accounts and not between EA accounts.
