a couple days back, I managed to get my accounts linked (Steam) and (ps). I got crosprogression and nothing changed, I still had the same skins, level, xp, coins, etc. a friend of mine tried entering my steam account, to olay w/me, I was on the play station account, I got kicked out of the group and a weird bug happened. It was showing as if I was on my steam account on the Ps5. My friend logged out of the account and it came back to normal on mu screen, what happened next is I checked and I got and ajustement for rhe apex coins, got the characters I didnt had on the ps account and had on the steam one, and most of rhe gun skins. I tried checking onto the wraith section, as I had the previous hairloom+pose+intro quip. And it was gone… my friend says it is showing the same thing on the steam account if he tries checking on his pc also, So I am really worried, this things costs a fortune to get and I hope you guys can help me get this solved.

You mentioned that you were able to get your accounts linked, does this mean that you have relinked any of your platform accounts from one EA account to another EA account?
Keep in mind that account data is stored on the EA Account itself and not the platform account, meaning that relinking won't bring over any data.
If you did relink one of your platform accounts then the best thing you can do is reach out to support to see if they'll be able to get your data back.
They won't be able to merge your data for you if your platform accounts were linked to 2 different EA accounts, as merging between EA accounts is not possible at the time.

I have the same problem right now, I got a new pc and got all my heirlooms. but the thing is I have all of them equipped so I can use them in game but on my select screen for skins the icon does not show up at all so I cant equip or unequip any of my heirlooms. I have be on the internet all day trying to find a solution but yet I have found no one with any problem remotely as similar as you. Did you find anything?
