Linking Account for Cross Progression

I tried to link my Xbox account Neekaleekz to my EA account Neek$ since my Xbox account has a lot of cosmetics I had bought when I first started playing the game. When I tried to link Xbox account, this is the error message I received. I have no idea what email account Neekaleekz is linked to but it looks like it's an account disabled by EA for some reason. I'm wondering if it's possible to link these accounts or at the very least explain the ominous EA account attached to Neekaleekz.

Hey @ResVentus,

In this case, you would need to reach out to support directly so they can help recover and/or update the email on that EA account as needed.

If you unlink any platforms from that account (such as unlinking the Xbox account) it would not transfer your progress, which is stored at the EA account level.

For that reason it would be best to have support update that login information so you're not missing any progress due to unlinking accounts.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
