Hi recently I tried to play apex on my xbox series s and I linked my ps4 and xbox account to my ea account that way I can have the progress of my ps4 account but when I open the game on xbox all of the stuff I had in my account doesnt trasfer and I already checked and it says my accounts are linked but it seems the cross progression is not working.
Hope someone can help me with this

Make sure that you didn't unlink the PlayStation account from a different EA Account which would result in progression loss. If you didn't unlink the account from a different EA account and linked it to your main EA Account, then cross progression should work for you.
As for receiving cross progression, most users have not received the prompt for merging accounts. But we don't know the time lapse as to when you'll receive the notification for cross progression since they are happening in waves to have a smooth transition.
I'm also waiting as well since the season started. But eventually it will get to you.

Hi what do you mean by this? My playstion account needs to be linked to my ea account? I guess I’m not understanding. The same thing just happened to me as the original poster.

I had my prompt appear then said itd take a few mins. Took me to lobby and nothing changed. Confirmed all my emails and links are correct. My guess is its 50 new bugs. feels bad for them its been a fire out of the gate and down the road

It seems like this is a new issue with cross progression that I am first hearing about.

The same thing happened to me as well. The moment I loaded up my game, I got the update. Updated it, then got the promt, I clicked it as it went through. But then said my account could be accessed, so I waited 5 minutes an tried again. It worked, and put me through but none of my stuff changed over nor did I get the option to choose my account like it shows from other Reddit users. I just need to know it’s something they did, and not me cuz all my accounts are linked
