I cant unlink my Ps account from my old ea account

I was trying to have both my Xbox and PlayStation linked to the same EA account but it won't let me get into my old account that my PlayStation is connected to?

Hey @P1X3LM4ST3RYT,

If you run into any trouble getting an account unlinked or accessing an older account itself, our support team will need to help out.

Do keep in mind that if you unlink your PlayStation account, any progress you had made will be left behind on that EA account. It does not transfer with the account being unlinked. 

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

@EA_Mako so does that mean all progress I made on my PlayStation Apex won't transfer?

If you have progress on two separate EA accounts, I'm afraid so. There is not a way to transfer progress between different EA accounts sadly.
