Everything gone

Is there literally any hope at all for me I lost literally everything trying to go from ps4 to ps4 with the same ea account because my last ps account was wrongly permanently banned once I logged into my apex account literally everything was gone 4 years of grinding 10k kills on caustic 2 heirlooms all gone without a trace

I see you mentioned trying to go from one PS4 to another using the same EA account, however that wouldn't be possible if you're using separate PSN accounts for the PS4s.

Each EA account can only have a single account from each platform linked over its lifetime, so you would not be able to remove one PSN account and replace it with another on the same EA account.

If the ban you mentioned is on the PSN account itself, you would need to speak with PlayStation Support to have that looked into further. We would not be able to assist with circumventing a ban on another platform.

If that ban was on Apex or the EA account itself, you can appeal that with our Terms of Service team to have them take another look at the situation using these steps:

Ok so hypothetically if I somehow get my old Psn account back can my apex account be recovered??? Or is it just lost forever.. because ok apex tracking my status is still there

The Apex account would just be tied to the EA account where that progress was initially earned.

It all depends on which accounts you have access to or can recover via support, whether that's ours or PlayStation.

Ok so if I can get my old ps account unbanned you wake me to unlink my ea account and link it back to my old account where I had got my 10k kills at??? It won’t just delete everything again?
