Cross progression help [ Edited ]

How do I do cross progression the message popped up a while ago I clicked ok or whatever it said then had no idea how to link my accounts how do I do it I have never linked account before but they were made is season 4 (Xbox) and one is season 4 or 5 (steam) I have an (ea account) that I have not played apex on that I am aware off but was made years before the account merge. I want to not mess up and link them wrong and loose my stuff and have no idea how or where to so I came here for help. Thanks for your help from Billie

Hey @xxprogamer420,

Cross Progression allows you to access the content on a single EA account with any platforms connected to that same EA account.

If you have multiple EA accounts, it won't be possible to combine or merge the progress from them together.

In that regard, I would highly suggest avoiding unlinking your account(s) to link them elsewhere, as that will not transfer any content and will instead cause that progress to be lost.
