Cross Progression

I am trying to Cross-progress my Xbox account to my PC but they have 2 different EA accounts with different Emails. How would I go about trying to get my progression from my Xbox to my PC?

I am sorry, but it is not possible to merge separate accounts or transfer your progress between different accounts. 

Cross-progression will only merge progress within the same EA account you played with.
