Apex cross progression

When cross play came out, I had my steam and EA account linked, and my Xbox and a different EA account linked (2 accounts). I tried to unlink my Xbox account from its connected EA account and connect it to the EA account which was connected to my steam. After linking it to the one account, I still don't have my Xbox items (i was level 200 almost and really want my stuff back). I'm not too sure what's happened i have everything linked to the one account except only my steam account items. please help me

I am afraid that there is no way to merge two different accounts and move your account progress from one account to another. 

If you unlink your Xbox profile from your previous account and link it with a new EA profile, that will reset your account progress. There is a warning you need to accept before completing these steps, and we have it explained here on our website. Account Unlinking Risks 

*If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you still can access the account.

dam that sucks really bad, but thankyou I understand. it says i cant unlink it till june, any chance you can shorten the timer maybe? just so i can access my things. Just clarifying, is there any way to get both my items on the same account or is it ruined because i made 2 different ea account?

Sadly, it won't be possible to move your progress and items onto that new account, and if you need help linking your account back to the original EA profile, please get in touch with our support team so we can check available options.
