About cross-progretion

I can't link the PC version account I made before October 26th with the PSN account. Steam's EA account can be linked with psn. Why doesn't cross-progression apply?

Is it necessary to cooperate with the steam version even with the PSN EA account?

Do you have progress on your Steam account that you're wanting to save as well?

If your Steam is attached to one EA account and your PSN is attached to another, and you have progress you'd like to save on both accounts, you will not be able to use Cross Progression here, correct.

Cross Progression does not let you combine progress across different EA accounts.

Hey @Taitaikun9411,

If your PC and PSN accounts were originally linked to different EA accounts, there will not be a way to merge that content.

Progress is stored on the EA account, not individual platforms such as Steam or PSN. When you unlink one of these platforms from its EA account, that progress remains behind on the EA account. It is not transferred to the newer account.

In this case it looks like your PSN was linked to this EA account just after our Cross Progression announcement last year, so it appears to have been on a different EA account before that.

There is not a way to combine that progress as a result, but you can still relink the PSN account to its original EA account to try restoring access to that content while on your PSN account.

Does it mean that you can't link with the PSN account that is linked with the current steam account? Steam has only one account, so if you can do it, I would like you to link your current steam account with your psn account.

If you can't do that, does that mean you can't cross-propression?
