Passive-HonerGaurd:20% damage reduction to throwables.
Tactical-Over Might: Deals 15% more damage for 5 seconds. cooldown is 50 seconds
Ultimate-Ruler: Everyone that is in a 100-meter radius, him and the team can see them on the map for 10 seconds. Cooldown is untell the player uses enough accelerants.
Note: To balance out kings Ultimate he would be the only legend that would have his ultimate only be charged by ultimate accelerants does not charge over time only with the accelerants.

If this Legend gets a 25% buff in damage as their tactical, do you think this person should be a thicc boi for balancing? Being able to see where everyone is on the map every two minutes seems too powerful if this Legend could consume ultimate accelerants.
