How do you upload videos here that aren't micro sized?

I don't have a Youtube for making gameplay videos, so I just try to upload clips now and then from my computer to the forums when I want to share something, but every time I do, they come up in this micro sized box that is basically unwatchable with how small it is, and there's no way to increase the size or go full screen on it. Am I doing something wrong, or is there no good way to upload videos via the video uploader on this site?
