Also the fact that game will suffer in a long run if players doesnt feel to get rewarded / progress by playing the game

They should ''borrow'' the Overwatch level system, it allows for thousands of levels and it feels rewarding.

Exactly what I was thinking. Overwatch promises a loot box for every level up. I don't see any reason not to have that here.

Thank you for taking some time out to write up a really constructive post on improving progression/rewards for max level players. It looks like others love the idea of Legend Levels, I'm going to be forwarding this post to the Respawn team so they see the feedback here.

Nice ideas @ReqHart especially like the winning a match suggestion! Posted similar ideas in another thread too and seeing similar and other options thrown out by others as well. Hopefully the Devs to do take some of our suggestions and implement something to make more reasonable.

Yes im sure players who hit lvl 100 after like a week have a full time job, friends / family , sleep for about 8 hours a day and still have enough time for other hobbies.
Maybe their day just has like 40 hours , mine have 24
But anyways, no offense. Just consider the devs cannot and will not put much effort into the 1% players who spent so much time during the frist weeks of the launch and give them some time to catch up , there are way more important things than rewards for the few players with much time like the sick amount of people with random crashes, not being able to install the game, fps drops and connection issues.

At the moment, i dont see what the point to try hard to be top first player ingame, the rewards are only the XP and that about it...
Max cap level is 100, then what? Game will die down once people dont have nothing else to do and cant be bother buying or spending money to get cosmetics.
I think many have mention the Developers to do "prestige" mode but i also want to mention to make the "legend tokens" more usefull.
A mechanism to transmutte the legend tokens into "crafting materials" like 100 LT for 10 CM.
Sure the game needs some kind of money transaction, and stuff i understand, but i also know that doing some forgiving mechanics to improve client gameplay, will stabilize the income players inside of the game.
And the way the system is it will bring problems in future when masses of players reach level 100 and got nothing was rewarding in the end...
Adding new cosmetics with higher cost and i mean HIGH for the free players farm and stick in the game, to either they buy with money to get the cosmetic they want, or just keep farming, and meanwhile they do that they also bring their friends in here.
But again once we reach level 100 or get the 45 apex packs, then what? Spend money in cosmetics? Make a system viable and resource enough so people keeps grinding and stay ingame farming(keeping your game alive)?
If this does not change, i think the game will reach into a peek that ppl will be bored...people stick for fun the game can give to them, for their friends, for the "farm", for the cool cosmetics and so on...think about how games like CSGO is still alive, and many other old games.

I haven't hit 100 and believe the OP said they haven't either, but we're trying to look ahead to address issues before they grow to impact many more. There will always be hardcore grinders that streak ahead of everyone and while it impacts them now there will slowly be more and more left in the same boat. Additionally if those who haven't hit 100 yet are aware of the lack of rewards that lie ahead it would likely discourage many from wanting to continue the grind... This is why it's important to see this as constructive feedback and provide additional thoughts. Player engagement and retention are both highly important as is stability IMO. Yes, stability issues drive players crazy and may force some away, but that is something that most know will be addressed and many will endure the growing pains associated with them in a new game. However, a failing long term structure will erode a player base and leave you with a stagnant game where stability is of little concern when there's very few playing.
