C&C Generals no longer operational

Hi, my copy of C&C Generals is no longer working, I am wondering if there is a way to make it work again?

@Feng2015, I've been running mine through Origin but it made me change to the ea app. The game seems to have transferred but it's telling me it has been downloaded by another user and I don't have admin credentials to run it
