I buy funds for myself regurarly but when I tried to buy funds for my brother it said that it's not possible to do that with my card. Wouldn't be odd if I didn't buy funds so many times before with that card. But after that I tried to buy funds on my account I also got the same massage. How do I unblock my card and how can I buy funds for my brother using the same card WITOUT GETTING BLOCKED?
