relocate problems

Tried 2 times to relocate base to my Alliance sector, but i didn't understood how it works and got to wrong sector both times. Now i have to wait for a week to do relocate again, so i'm about to get kicked from alliance and stop playing. Could you undo my last relocate or reset relocate cooldown, so i can choose correct sector?
