Veteran server - quest for kill pvp bases with wrong count

Hi at start time of VETERAN SERVER the counter of pvp kills in quest tracker was frozen even if i kill players, then after some time is starts count but still don't include a bases killed early.

So now i have 20 killed pvp bases, but pvp quest progress only is 8/10.

Can you fix that?  Or where i must ask this issue?
