Instead of having to scroll around and move your mouse to the correct co-ordinates couldnt a box be available just to "type" the coordinates into

to enable an error free base move?

 

The first time I tried I ended up NORTH instead of South and way way far from my intended position with my Alliance.

 

I now have to wait 2 days at least to RETRY  the basemove again and cannot support my alliance.

Cmon EA could you fix?

EA suggestions should go to the forums  ( this is basically players helping players here)

There have been discussions about making the "relocate player" button work more exactly, but I think the developers are happy with the balance now.

If the button can be exact, then enemies can just "warp" in and destroy lesser players without problem.

As it is, there is still a chance that the action will put you in harm's way, and that is why they provide a 24-hour protective cap.

 

If you search the forums, you can read months of disucssions for and against this.

 

However, I see a LOT of players complaining as you have about the wrong sector landing.

Perhaps another player like you (and me)  suggesting that the confirmation include "you are moving to XX sector", and you will have 12 hours of cooldown.. etc.      Should be included or changed.

I have noticed if you hightlght the base furthst into the sector befor you reloctae you move further into the new sector
