Restart Faction on TiberiumAliances, how can i do that without change server?

I have a question.... why is not possible to restart a faction on the same server.... or how can i do that? or how can i ask support to restart my game on this server?

Yeah, I have to ascend to level 9 if I want to chance faction, I can't reset It even if I use another account. I think that is a Big disadvantage of the game

start a new account means everything new no need to reset . if you dont like your faction start a new world and chose the other
