Purchased a power up for Alliances online and it's not worked but shows as Active

I got plus 1 package for 30days but my packages are still max 3 since purchase, But shows as active. How do I resolve this?

As far as I know, packages are stacked up to 2 by default.

If you need to contact a Game Advisor, you can do so through the Contact Us page.
