What do you mean, what is status? What's the status of the game? No one knows but EA. All we know is that the game comes sometime in 2013.

Edit: After reading your point again I'm pretty sure you're referring to the status of the pre-order. In which case the answer is the same as above. You'll get more info as soon as BioWare Victory decides it's time to release more info. And when that is only they know. Maybe Gamescom but maybe not. In either case you'll just have to wait patiently.
