I want to move my base from dead server to another server C&C Tiberium Alliances

Hello all!

I apologize If I repeat the question but I need help with it so let's get to it directly so I have account on C&C Tiberium Alliances connected to this EA Account I post this question from, but my base stucked on server World 98 (Europe) which that server doesn't exist (not sure) but it's surely empty so my question is can I move this base without starting from 0% to another server (specifically Tiberian 25 (Europe)? Thanks in advance.
