Did not get play 4 free fund [ Edited ]

Hi

I tried to place a order  play 4 free fund   for the amount of 12$  I  a error pop  saying to use a different card ..   I call master card and the transaction went trout But still have yet to get my fund to my C&C acc .. This is the first time I have had any problem   ..i have a Transaction number,,,,from master card   .... what should I doo ?

To begin with you shouldn't publicly post your email online as it can pose security risks.

But I think you'll have to contact EA customer support. We can't do anything about payment issues from here.
