Comand and Conquer Tiberium War issues with costom maps [ Edited ]

Hello, my name is Sabrina
I have some issues with my game on Origin for my game pack,  Includes 17 games version of Comand and Conquer Tiberium War 
Im having some trouble adding costum maps to my game. It wont add them manual and it wont add them when I link up with my friends who has a map that I do not. It just wont load
This is a big issue for us and Im not the only one with this problem.
Ive already talked with the folks on your live chat and they directed me to you here to try and solve the problem.
