Cannot get logged in to Tiberium Alliances Server 39 [ Edited ]

My alliance jumped from server 8 to server 39, but I am not able to get into 39.  I have tried from 3 different computers using Firefox, Chrome, and IE.  I am was able to log into server 35 (but that doesn't help).  When I log on to 39, I am able to choose a faction, then pick a sector - the game starts loading for a split second, then it ask me to choose a faction again.  I have tried both GDI and NOD. I've tried every sector and I've tried random.

Any suggestions?
