how do I uninstall kane's wrath when it will not appear in my control panel?

I am forced to uninstall some of my games to free up space on my hard drive. I have a legitimate copy of C&C 3: Kane's Wrath, bought from STEAM, yet it will not appear in my Control Panel, therefore I cannot uninstall it!?! The other C&C games I have ARE appearing in the Control Panel, so this problem seems to be isolate to the Kane's Wrath game in particular...

@NobleKorhedron If you have it on Steam then you should be able to uninstall it from directly in Steam by right clicking on the game.
