error 404 trying to communicate with online servers : HOW FIX THAT??

when im trying to launch C&C 4 its throw an error 404 and write this message "trying to communicate with online servers".

i'm already tried to fix it via origin and reinstalled but nothing helps.

please help me to fix this error 404
