command and conquer 4 second log in cant get in

I just got command and conquer 4 and i can't get to play the game because there's a second log in it says my details of email and password aren't recognised and can't play or pass second log in. the first log in is recognized but second is not to play game any help

For temporary work around, just use Offline Emulator to play Single Player, you can use either from Reloaded or KoriTama...
